Viewmont's School Play was this weekend and it was darling. They had an amazing director, the director of youth theater at the U of U and she was so good with the kids. She helped them really invest in the show by letting them choose a theme, help write the script, choose the music and then giving such positive feedback really consistently.
Emma and Jonah were both in the play and they had a great time. Emma was in the "Dance with your Hands" group and she looked so tall and lovely.
Jonah was in the "Dancing on the Rooftops" group and he was super. His big solo was to sing "Hooooo Mama!" and he worried about it constantly. He was always worried that he would be off key, but it sounded great. His dancing was right in step and he was big and bright and showy. He has a lot more of a dramatic flair than we would give him credit for.

The theater that your family participates in looks fun and so rewarding. I love that you can share this passion for performance together. Keep up the hard work. I'm looking forward to the Beauty and the Beast photos!
