Bike rider Caleb

We like to bike ride as a family. Caleb is new at two-wheeling and he has a lot of fears about it. He is a great example of self-talk as he rides. He sings at the top of his lungs as he goes along and when he gets to a troublesome part he tells himself what to do and how to do it ("Okay, this is one of your scary parts, just put the brakes on slowly and keep pedaling. You can do it, just make it to the next part...) He does a great job and keeps on going even when it is tough. Good job Caleb!
